He says, "If you want to be a event manager then you could gain useful experience by organizing events and activities in your personal or social life. Paid or unpaid work at large events or exhibitions are a good way of building contacts if you want a strong foot in the industry." Other than having a hectic professional life, Gary always take out time to spend some hours with his family and he also go on vacations and holiday trips with them to keep his energy and excitement up to the level.
